Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, accessing MastaCloud, or using its features, you agree to these Terms of Service and the related Privacy and Refund policies.

If you use MastaCloud on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for them.

2. Service Description

MastaCloud provides personal cloud storage features including account access, folders, file uploads, resumable upload support, private downloads, search, Trash recovery, permanent deletion, and controlled share links.

Features, limits, providers, supported file behavior, pricing, and availability may change as the service develops.

3. Accounts And Security

You must provide accurate account information and maintain control of your email account, devices, login codes, and active sessions.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you notify us promptly about unauthorized access and reasonably cooperate with security recovery.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of files and other content you upload. You grant MastaCloud permission to process, store, copy, transmit, retrieve, and delete that content only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and support the service.

You must have the legal right and required permissions to upload, store, process, download, or share your content.

5. Acceptable Use

You must not use MastaCloud for illegal activity, fraud, malware distribution, unauthorized surveillance, intellectual-property infringement, abusive content distribution, security attacks, service disruption, or attempts to bypass authentication, quotas, billing, or access controls.

• Do not upload or distribute content you are not authorized to use.
• Do not use share links to spread malware, phishing content, fraud, harassment, or unlawful material.
• Do not probe, reverse engineer, overload, scrape, or interfere with protected systems.
• Do not create multiple accounts to evade plan limits or enforcement.

6. Plans, Limits, And Billing

The permanent Free plan currently includes 2GB of storage. File-size limits, bandwidth allowances, retention, sharing controls, and other limits may vary by plan.

Paid plans shown before checkout is available are previews and do not create a paid subscription merely because you create a Free account.

When paid billing becomes available, the price, currency, billing period, renewal status, taxes, and provider terms shown during checkout will apply to that purchase.

7. Trash, Deletion, And Recovery

Files moved to Trash are currently retained for up to seven days before automated permanent deletion.

Permanent deletion removes the active file and requests removal of its stored copies from the systems used to provide the service. Deleted files may not be recoverable. Limited residual copies may temporarily remain in backups or logs where reasonably necessary for security, disaster recovery, or legal obligations.

MastaCloud is not a substitute for maintaining independent backups of files that are critical, unique, or irreplaceable.

8. Share Links

Anyone who receives a valid share link may be able to access the shared file according to the configured permissions, expiry, and download limits.

You are responsible for link recipients and link distribution. We may disable links associated with abuse, security risk, legal complaints, or violations of these terms.

9. Availability And Changes

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, network failures, cloud-provider outages, security incidents, abuse prevention, or force majeure may affect access.

We may add, remove, limit, or modify features where reasonably necessary for security, compliance, reliability, cost control, product development, or business operations.

10. Suspension And Termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, unlawful activity, security threats, abuse, payment failure, fraud, excessive operational risk, or legal requirements.

Where reasonably possible, we may provide notice or an opportunity to correct an issue, but immediate restriction may be necessary for urgent security or legal risks.

11. Disclaimers And Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MastaCloud is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or business-loss damages, or for loss caused by account compromise, unauthorized link sharing, user deletion, unsupported files, external networks, or third-party providers, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these terms as the product, law, providers, pricing, or operations change. The current version will be posted with an updated date.
